HarryPERKINSPassed away peacefully at home on 6th April 2020, aged 97 years. Serena and family would like to thank all friends and neighbours for the wonderful ovation given for Harry, on his final journey, as he left Gloucester Avenue on Monday 27th April 2020. We would also like to thank Maggie Clark (Cardiac Nurse) - you never did get a straight answer, Monika and Sylvia - our Polish friends, A.M.G's Amanda and Zoe, District Nurses and the wonderful staff at The Nottinghamshire Hospice who were there morning, noon and night. Kai and Shaun (at Nottinghamshire Police), all the staff at Churchfield's Medical Practice and finally, the professional but very kind service given by A W Lymn at this sad and very lonely time.
